Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Easy Kings Pay provides a money transfer service enabling users to send funds from supported countries (Bahrain, United Kingdom, Ukraine, Australia, and Canada) to recipients in Cameroon. Funds are disbursed to recipients via MTN Mobile Money (MoMo) or Orange Money.

The Service operates on a manual verification model: users pay into our designated bank account in their country, upload proof of payment, and upon successful verification by our admin team, the equivalent XAF amount is sent to the recipient's mobile wallet.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must have a valid bank account in one of our supported countries (Bahrain, UK, Ukraine, Australia, or Canada).
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and when creating transfers.
• You must not use the Service for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing your full name, email address, phone number, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and when creating transfers. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Transfer Process

4.1 Creating a Transfer

To initiate a transfer, you select your sending corridor, enter the amount, and provide the recipient's name and Mobile Money phone number. The Service will display the exchange rate and the XAF amount the recipient will receive.

4.2 Payment

You must transfer the exact amount to our designated bank account in your country. Bank details are displayed after creating the transfer. You must then upload a clear, legible screenshot or photo of the completed bank transfer as proof of payment.

4.3 Verification

Our admin team manually reviews every payment proof. If the proof is valid and the payment is confirmed, the transfer is approved. If the proof is unclear, incomplete, or does not match the expected amount, the transfer may be rejected or a re-upload may be requested.

4.4 Disbursement

Upon approval, we dispatch the XAF amount to the recipient's MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money wallet. Disbursement times depend on network availability but are typically completed within minutes.

4.5 Irreversibility

Once a transfer has been approved and funds have been dispatched to the recipient's Mobile Money wallet, the transfer is final and cannot be reversed. Please verify all recipient details carefully before submitting a transfer.

5. Exchange Rates and Fees

5.1 Exchange Rates

Exchange rates are set by Easy Kings Pay and displayed at the time of transfer creation. The rate applied to your transfer is the rate shown when you submit the transfer. Rates may change at any time without prior notice, but changes do not affect transfers already submitted.

5.2 Fees

Easy Kings Pay does not charge separate transfer fees, service fees, or processing fees. Our operating margin is included in the exchange rate. The rate you see is the total cost of the transfer.

5.3 Third-Party Fees

Your bank may charge fees for outgoing transfers. Mobile Money providers in Cameroon may charge withdrawal fees to the recipient. These fees are not set by or controlled by Easy Kings Pay.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Launder money or finance terrorism or other illegal activities
• Send funds derived from illegal sources
• Provide false identity information or impersonate another person
• Upload fraudulent or forged payment proofs
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to interact with the Service
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and reporting to relevant authorities.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity on your account
• You provide false or misleading information
• You upload forged or manipulated payment proofs
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

If your account is suspended, pending transfers may be held until the issue is resolved. If your account is terminated, we will process any verified but undisbursed transfers before closure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Easy Kings Pay is not liable for delays caused by banking systems, Mobile Money network outages, or force majeure events.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from incorrect recipient details provided by you.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount of the specific transfer in question.
• We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank or the recipient's Mobile Money provider.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Service are owned by Easy Kings Pay or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written consent.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a transfer or the Service, please contact us first at support@easykingspay.com. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Easy Kings Pay operates.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy Kings Pay, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. This includes adding or removing corridors, changing exchange rates, updating features, or altering service availability. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify users via push notification, email, or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Easy Kings Pay regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
