Transfer Status

Want to know where your transfer is? Check your transaction history first β€” you can see real-time status there. If you need more info, reach out via chat.

Payment Proof Rejected

If your proof was rejected, check the reason in your notifications. Common issues: blurry image, amount mismatch, or incomplete bank details visible. Re-upload a clearer screenshot.

Wrong Recipient Details

If you entered the wrong phone number or name, contact us immediately before the transfer is processed. Once Mobile Money funds are dispatched, they cannot be reversed.
